Refund Policy – Dr. Patra Food & Beverages

At Dr. Patra Food & Beverages, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not allow refunds unless the item delivered is damaged.

Eligibility for Refund

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must email us at hello@drpatrabeverages.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your email must include:

    • Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number)

    • Clear images of the damaged product

Refund Process

  • After verification, if the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the source account within 10 to 12 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
